Platero Custom Rods

The client asked for multiple greens with white and black accent colors. The blanks are united composite and the guides are alps. These rods came out great with this color scheme.

 

Here we have us a san jose sharks themed heavy tuna rod. Heavy duty fuji guides and a Winthrop adjustable bent but turn this rod into a fishing machine.

Every once in a while my buddy will throw a blank my way and say do some type of theme. Usually he gives me some insight as to what theme to do. This time it was "jaws" so here it is. It's always fun doing these themed builds.

 

United composits blank with alps guides featuring some green and black wraps. Finished in gen 4 epoxy.
