• Active listings: 18,061, up 8%
Buyers have more choices than they did recently.

• Months of inventory: 3, down 33%
Even with more listings, available inventory remains relatively tight.

• Average days on market: 48, down 16%
Homes are moving faster when they are priced and prepared correctly.

• Sale price to list price: 97%, up 2%
Sellers are still receiving strong offers when the strategy fits the property and the market.

What does this mean?

The market is not simply “booming” or “falling apart.” It is active, selective, and still competitive.
