Construction is really a step by step process, and every phase matters more than people think.

It all starts with pre construction planning. That means site visits, taking real measurements, and understanding the existing conditions.

Then comes architecture and engineering, where everything is designed and coordinated so it actually works in real life, not just on paper.

After that, the plans go through city approval. Once the permit is issued, you are ready to move forward.

Before starting construction, it is important to go through the plans carefully. This is where many mistakes can be caught early.

From there, construction begins with site preparation and demolition, followed by excavation and foundation work, which sets the base for everything.

Next is framing, where the structure starts to take shape.

After that come the rough ins, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, all installed before the walls are closed.

Then the project goes through inspections to make sure everything is approved before moving forward.

Once that is complete, insulation and drywall are installed, followed by interior and exterior finishes like flooring, cabinets, paint, and stucco.

Finally, fixtures are installed, details are completed, and the project goes through final inspection before completion.

At the end of the day, every step builds on the one before it.
If one phase is rushed, skipped, or done wrong, the problems will show up later.
