It is with a heavy heart that I announce that **Healthy Ascent** has officially closed its doors.
I probably held on to this dream longer than I should have, but it was a dream I truly believed in. I wanted to help people improve their health, build their confidence, and change their lives for the better.
To everyone who walked through our doors, trusted us with your wellness journey, and supported our small businessāthank you. Your encouragement, loyalty, and friendships meant more than you'll ever know.
I also want to give a special thank you to the incredible employees who stood by my side. Your hard work, compassion, and dedication helped keep Healthy Ascent going through the good times and the difficult ones. I couldn't have asked for a better team.
For a long time, we kept telling ourselves, "Next month will be better." We never stopped hoping. Unfortunately, I reached the point where I simply couldn't afford to make it to the next month.
While this chapter is coming to an end, I'm incredibly grateful for everyone who was part of the Healthy Ascent family. Thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and allowing us to be part of your lives.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Don't even sweat it. That's why we numb you with a topical lidocaine first! š the results are well worth it.
