Cache County Sub for Santa

🎄 WANTED: Holiday Hustlers & Joy Makers! 🎄

Do you love the buzz of the holiday season? Are you someone who can’t sit still and loves to make a difference? We need YOU to serve on the board of Cache County Sub for Santa!

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our board! This role involves the following commitments:

✅Meetings: Meetings are held approximately 6 times a year (one or two meetings in the spring, an orientation, and no meetings in the Summer or in November-January).
✅Peak Participation: November through mid December
✅Time Commitment: approximately 15–20 hours of volunteer time during the season at the Angel Tree or our warehouse (we can always use more of your time)!
✅The Role: We need "on-the-go" people who can communicate clearly and who can help run around to get things done.
✅Bonus: We’re also looking for a few folks to help us with occasional off-season fundraising to keep the magic going year-round (for example, we are currently trying to fundraise for tables)! And people who aren’t afraid to call for donations when needed (particularly food for volunteers).

When Sub for Santa had a permanent location, we also had tables provided for us for our distribution center. We no longer have either and we need your support!!

It seems like a small thing, but we use 80ish tables each season and we currently only have about 30 to our name. So, we are doing a table drive. We have set up a wishlist on Walmart and Amazon.

Can you buy us a table?

It takes a village of people with the BIGGEST HEARTS to serve the number of families and children we do each year.

Kick off the "Center Street Holiday Celebration" with the Jolly Jog 5K. Join us for a fun run full of Santa Hats and Holiday Cheer as you run down historic Center Street in downtown Logan.

We are at 75% of capacity for the 2025 program year. If you are needing assistance for Christmas -- NOW is the time to get in your application!

It is HIGHLY LIKELEY applications will close VERY early this year.

When you apply you will want to make sure you have everything you need to fill out the form COMPLETELY - this includes a full month of proof of income for all working adults in your family, a copy of your ID, and proof of address.

Filling out an incomplete application will not reserve space in our program, we will ask you to complete a new one.
