Hey Cache, now is your chance to complain about traffic! Better yet, help shape solutions.
The Cache Metropolitan Planning Organization (CMPO) announces the availability of its Draft 2050 Regional Transportation Plan for public review and comment.
The CMPO Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) is the long-range transportation plan for the Logan Urbanized Area. https://cacheut.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapSeries/index.html?appid=a75dafe3ced64dad84421b75afebd4c9
The plan identifies specific projects that will be needed to meet the future transportation demands of the region. The RTP identifies future transportation investments for all modes (active transportation such as walking and biking, transit & vehicles).
The public comment period for the CMPO plan will end on July 16, 2023
While the CMPO plan covers the more urbanized portion of the Cache Valley, UDOT is also seeking input to their Long Range Transportation Plan that covers the rural portions of the Cache Valley. https://sites.google.com/utah.gov/lrp-2023?authuser=1
