You know those moments when things go wrong and you call your mom, uncle, or best friend for help? Refugees and immigrants rarely have those same connections in their new home.
That’s why Cache Refugee & Immigrant Connection is here. For many people, CRIC becomes that trusted contact during their first years in the U.S. The work we do in the community is vital.

CRIC MOMENT! 🧡 A community member came in asking for help setting up an appointment with the DMV to get a driver’s license. Our case managers helped him navigate the website and schedule the appointment. He visited us this week and let us know that he was able to get his driver’s license! This milestone will open up many more doors. We’re proud to walk alongside community members as they reach their goals. 🚗💙

Congratulations to Kai Li for being selected as our volunteer of the month! Kai Li has been volunteering with CRIC for 2.5 years! She has helped on our housing team setting up houses for refugee families. More recently, she has helped at tabling events, educating the community about CRIC. You can also find Kai Li helping out at our monthly Tea Time, preparing the tea and coffee. Kai Li is reliable and always willing to lend a hand, even with her extremely full schedule. We are so grateful for her dedication over the past few years. 🧡

We recently gathered as a team to reflect, plan, and strengthen how we serve our community. We left our staff retreat with new perspectives and inspired ideas.🧡
Thank you to the Heravi Peace Institute for generously hosting our retreat and making this time possible.🌍💙
