October is going to be a month full of spooky fun! Call and rsvp to join in on our activities today!

The Fall Open Enrollment Period (October 15 to December 7) is less than a month away, and the best way to avoid feeling rushed is to start preparing now.

Before OEP begins:
✔️ Review your current Medicare coverage
✔️ Make a list of your prescriptions and preferred pharmacies
✔️ Watch for your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) in September
✔️ Schedule a pre-OEP appointment with your local SHIP if you'd like personalized assistance

Many beneficiaries don't realize that plan costs, drug coverage, and benefits can change from year to year. Taking a few minutes to prepare now can make it much easier to compare plans when Medicare Plan Finder updates for the new plan year.

Have you gotten a call saying you can get free food if you just give them your Medicare number? Unfortunately, this is a scam. If you have given your Medicare number over the phone, please report it to the SMP. You can call 877-808-2468 or fill out a form at smpresource.org/reportfraud.

Come dine at the Cache Senior Center, 240 N 100 E, Logan, Utah! Our lunch hours are Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 1 pm. To get on the lunch list, simply call 435-755-1720 by 3 pm the day before you wish to join us. For guests aged 60 and up, we suggest a $4 donation. If you’re under 60, the meal is $12. We look forward to seeing you!
