Residents and restaurants purchase the majority of their food from local growers. Local growers use local resources to produce their product. Local resources are conserved, collected, and recycled back into the local food system. OUR MISSION
Our mission is to facilitate the development of a healthy and sustainable food system in Cache Valley by:

Empowering local families and businesses to create nutrient-rich soil, support healthy food choices, and build healthier communities. Supporting local growers and restaurants to close the loop on food waste and reduce their carbon footprint. Diverting natural resources from the municipal landfill and recycling them back in the local food system.
