After a week of planning I am looking forward to bake this Saturday at USU's Incubator Kitchen. Booked and plans to bake twice a week from now on.

Look at how Happy this Kroekiemonster was in the Trailer. My Kids loved the Trailer and so did I.

It is a bit late in the season for us to commit to come back with the trailer, but I decided to offer cakes to those interested. Our German baked quark/cheesecake is $40,00 and fruit tarts sell for $20,00 you pick the fruit of choice.
