Aggies, what’s one habit you wish you developed in your early 20s?

Nearly one million acres across the West.

That’s the kind of impact Aggies Scott and Mindy Pratt are making through their work restoring ecosystems, fighting invasive species, and protecting resources like the Great Salt Lake.

Now, the Class of ’97 alumni are investing back into Utah State students through new scholarships and internship opportunities focused on agriculture, natural resources, and land management.

“There are so many students who grow up on farms and ranches but may not realize the range of opportunities available to them,” Scott said.

Utah State’s future veterinarians are getting a new home thanks to a $5 million gift from Aggie alumni Tom and Patty Willis.

The newly named Thomas and Patricia Willis Veterinary Medical Education Building will serve as the hub for USU College of Veterinary Medicine, featuring classrooms, labs, and clinical training spaces designed to prepare future veterinarians for hands-on impact.
