Site checks are crucial for new construction. We’ve implemented 2 phases now for all new construction projects.

Phase 1 = verify measurements, double check that wiring is present, check for any obstructions, beams, ductwork, this is the part where we make any final adjustments on the estimate before ordering. After that’s complete, phase 2 comes closer to the install date where we can verify the job again and make sure that it is ready for install.

This is one small piece to the many parts of a garage door. Small components like this are what make the difference between a long lasting door and one that falls apart. Things like this are also the difference between a loud door and a quiet, smooth running door. Make sure your door has solid components and hardware!

Wait for the noise difference, it’s incredible. We replaced all of the hardware for this door, left the panels the same, and all of the sudden it’s like it’s brand new. Sometimes you may not even realize how loud your door is until you hear a fresh one.

This door was super noisy! As you can see, rollers like these are bound to wear out over time because they’re moving so much. Today we switched those old ones out with our new ultra quiet rollers.
