Sociology is the study of the human individual and human groups. Two of our Sociology professors and a Ph.D. student conducted research that is now a source in an article in New York Magazine. The story "COVID-19’s Racial Death Gap was Predictable," by Zak Cheney-Rice, relies on the results of research conducted by Drs. Eric Reither, prof of sociology, and assistant prof Sojung Lim, with doctoral student Max Roberts. See article at https://nym.ag/3b7MDai

This panel will feature Sociology Professors to explain what they experience in their field. They will answer questions to paint a realistic picture of what it is like to be a Sociology Professor.
This panel will take place on Wednesday, March 21st from 2:30-3:30 pm in the Sociology Conference room (Old Main 224). Pizza and soda will be provided.
