Big blue, the Aggie burger. This is the only burger offered with two patties standard. Don't let that stop you though, we are always happy to double, triple or even quad up any burger you like. Regardless, go Aggies!

Have you tried the Huck Finn, our asparagus burger. A raft of asparagus and asparagus aioli on the house bun, onion gastrique and a patty topped with muenster. Huck floats away at the end of the month.

Who has tried the fried chicken strips? Rumor has it they taste even better when you take them over to but that's just the rumor. Anyone willing to put it to the test, please let us know what comes of your research.

This isn't fast food. This is slow food served as fast as we can off a three foot griddle with one proper fryer. This is cooking for flavor, texture and feeling great after you eat it. Many think this is a waste of time in today's fast paced world, we think it's time well spent.

Hello everyone, hope you're all having a great day. We are back on our feet this morning and presenting our new Huck Finn burger of the month. The burger is built like our royale with cheese sub a raft of marinated asparagus in place of the pickles and a special asparagus aioli.

We are a small team and the method, technique and recipes we use takes a huge amount of effort. We are simply too far behind in production at the moment and the team is stretched to the max. We are taking the day to catch up and evaluate if this is a sustainable business model in this economy. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your support.

Weekday special: the Po'boys are back until Thursday. That happens to also be the end of the month and we will be saying goodbye to the bear. Toffee Pudding is a new staple and good to go moving forward. Other than that it's just another great Monday. How do you start your week?
