I've had so much interest in this wonderful lamp that I thought I would share a bit more about it. The lamp appears red in the pictures but is actually more of a scarlet. The fringe and trim are original and the shade itself is in almost perfect condition inside and out. This lamp will create a romantic, eclectic Victorian or Old Hollywood feel in any room! When I look at this gorgeous mid century sofa, I see old Hollywood...Katherine Hepburn in one of those glamorous pant suits she wore, relaxing with a copy of Harper's Weekly. Or maybe Audrey, sitting daintily with a pillbox hat and a glass of bubbly.
This wonderful piece is in fabulous condition for its age, in its original scarlet mohair upholstery. And it is so comfortable that when you sit on it, you will feel like you are melting away into an old black and white movie!

I wonder if he sat on these? Not very comfortable but definitely very beautiful and a lovely addition to any little spot in your garden!
This is a complete set- 5 pieces - and very solid. Rust, no rot, which is amazing considering it's age. ( I'm guessing around 100 years!) Also amazing is that the set is still together, something that's very hard to find in an antique set.

My lovely Granddaughter and business partner Maddie started a group at her school that offers positive messages of love and encouragement to drown out the voices of the bullies. Isn't she wonderful?
