Kids’ interests change quickly. Designing a room around one very specific phase can mean you’re redecorating again before you know it.

Instead, consider investing in elements that have longevity (quality furniture, custom built-ins, timeless flooring, and versatile lighting) then bring in personality through pieces that are easier to change.

Artwork, bedding, rugs, accessories, and paint can evolve as a child grows without requiring a complete redesign.

The result is a room that feels personal now but won’t feel completely outgrown a few years down the road.

The mountains are calling 🏔️

This mudroom in The Aspen home was designed with the slopes in mind. Custom lockers are perfect for storing goggles, jackets, and ski gear while the wire mesh door fronts help keep everything dry!

Fall is showing up in interiors but not always in the form of pumpkins and plaid. 🍂

This season, we’re seeing a shift toward deeper, moodier spaces with warm wood, cognac leather, earthy neutrals, sculptural silhouettes, and plenty of texture.

The goal isn’t to make your home look like "fall". It’s to create a space that feels a little richer, warmer, and more layered as the seasons change.
