Protect pets and prepare pipes. ⚠️🌡️ Temperatures will stay well below freezing for at least 50 hours this weekend and into early next week. Wind chills will hover near 0°F. This is some of the coldest air we’ve seen in quite a while. Don’t let snow chances distract you. Prepare for this now!

If you know of animals in your community that are unprepared, please help their owners by offering them proper shelter (and straw), offering to take them in over the weekend (if owners are unwilling to do so themselves), or begin calling animal control NOW to get the help before the onset of freezing weather!

It’s ! Rock City Rescue has a goal of $1,000 so we can continue taking care of the 15 animals still in foster!!

Dogs, cats, and other pets are invited to participate in this special photo opportunity with Santa Paws at Hollywood Feed!
For a $20 donation, your photos will be available to download, so you can use them in whatever way you want (Christmas card, Facebook profile photo, etc.)!

These are my two of my loves waiting for me on the other side of that bridge 🥹 They made me love rescue dogs so much I started Rock City Rescue and they were the big brother and sister to tons of animals over the years.
