âWe have four apprentices that were brought on as interns and are now going through the apprenticeship program. As a call center manager, hiring can be difficult - finding someone who truly wants to stay with the company.
The internship program gave us the ability to find someone that fits with the culture of OzarksGo. It's been a great thing for us.â

đĄ "As far as the apprenticeship program goes, I was incredibly impressed. I was the lone apprentice, and the whole process was really smooth.
Apprenticely and Strong were very clear about what I needed to do as far as my OTJ and my RTI hours.
And of course, I bombarded them with questions. They answered everything, made sure I had full clarity of everything that was going on. And theyâve been incredibly helpful.
Iâve even asked them for additional classes on the side. I say, âHey, I really want to learn this IBM program.â Or they set me up with a CompTIA network plus a certification exam, and I had already studied for the A+ exam.
I was like, âWell, can we just go ahead and schedule me for an A+ exam too, so I can just grab both of them since I already studied for this one?â
They were very generous. âYeah, we can do that.â So I have both certifications...."
