There are three different sized categories for the short-legged dog races. Just so you know our very 1st winner was a Pomeranian. Join our celebrity judges on the Red carpet as they give away top prizes at the Winners Circle and introduce the recipients of our proceeds and the winners of the best costume contest. Each pooch registration includes one human es**rt. Additional human guests can walk with the pooch member by purchasing an additional es**rt pass. Registration and es**rt passes can be purchased online at www.riverfestarkansas.com and onsite at the parade “Pawty”. Ruff on the River is looking for a way to give back to those in need and this year particularly Arkansas Shelters could use your help. What better way than get the community together for some fun and at the same time do good deeds for animals in need.
