We've switched from Comcast cable to AT&T fiber for internet and phone service. Unfortunately Comcast are being a-holes about "porting" our land line, which is still not working. So, existing and new (call me an optimist) customers please email, FB Messenger, or call my cell. The good news is, it's been a nice relief from all the spam calls we usually get every day.

The EV XLine rig we used in the Simmons Bank Arena for the concert on Sunday 11/13/2022. Typical setup for a concert in an arena of this size and seating configuration. 11-down main (10 XVLS+1 XFill) and 6-down sides (6 XVLT). Powersoft X8 amps.

Back to the New Orleans Jazz Festival after three years, with a new production layout. No Genie lifts!! Now all of the audience can see the entire stage, and, the sound coverage is even better. This is our company's 35th year (!) with the Fest.

To say this industry has been hard hit by the pandemic is an understatement. And, will likely take the longest to come back.
Virus Diaries: Sound Services LLC on Hold When the Show Can't Go On Richard Thornton likens his company's assets to an airplane he's not able to fly. "A big sound and lighting rig that's used in concerts and arenas, it's the same thing. What else am I gonna do with it?"
