They are unfiltered, and open fermented ales. Our ales contain water, barley, hopps, and yeast. No extra water is added to our products before bottling. Our ales have a two year, un refrigerated shelf life. they age like fine wine.
I want to thank everyone that has supported this brand over the last decade. Refined Ale Brewery is officially closed. Recently My Mom who owns the restaurant located next door to the Brewery has fallen seriously Ill. We will dedicate our energy to tending to my Mother. The restaurant and turn- key Brewery are both for sale. Thanks Again Arkansas.
