Great day at our Mini-Golf tournament at Tribal Golf

This is the staff at the Tidewater Golf course who are so supportive in helping Jeremy collect cans for our recycling project…a big thank you goes the Bob Pape from OLSS Knights of Columbus

Had our second “Cruise Day” fun and games, like “Stop the Boat”. We also watched the Magic Show videos from Gracie & Jeremy’s cruise to Australia/New Zealand . We tried learning some magic ticks from the video…

Wore our crazy socks for 321 World Down Syndrome Day…this group always gets into the spirit of celebration

We learned about Scotland in Mary’s class and Mark taught about Cuba.

Jeremy did a great job as song leader with Music Mary. Science Stan taught us about early vegetables and how our teams are doing in March Madness.

Science Stan taught the students about probability using basketball March Madness. Sherri talked about her cousin and James did a wonderful job as song leader in Mary’s classes.

Great job today with science Stan planting and going over graf of new recycling project. Carolyn did great as song leader and Megan with karaoke with music Mary. We also made get well cards for Regina.

Today we talked about our “big shebang” for the grand finale of our Harriet Tubman book. Harriet helped endslaved people go to new cities in the north and they were homeless. We will collect non-perishable food items for the Tiny House project from the Welcome Home Center for homeless veterans. This will give them a start to their food pantry.
We also wrote a list of positive words and won a key chain from New Zealand and Australia… more next week on that.

The students enjoyed hearing about Mary and Stans’ grandson
