Liberty Wellness

A great home gym isn't about having the biggest space or filling a room with equipment. It's about designing the space around how you train.

This project came with several challenges: low ceilings, limited floor space, and the need to fit heavy duty strength and functional training equipment into the area.

Our solution focused on making every square foot count:

• Sourcing and building a rack strong enough for serious training while fitting the ceiling height
• Finding a functional trainer designed to work within the low-clearance space
• Strategically laying out the equipment to keep valuable floor space open for functional movements and conditioning
• Creating a complete training space without making the room feel cramped

Whether you have a basement with low ceilings, a small garage, an awkward room, or a completely blank space, we can help design a gym that maximizes what you have.

Don't let the limitations of your space limit your training.

VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS: Want to Boost Recruitment & Keep Members Engaged?

If your station doesn’t have a dedicated gym, or your current one’s collecting dust, it might be costing your department more than you think.

Over 80% of volunteer firefighters believe access to a well-equipped fitness space would help recruit new members. Nearly a third say it would increase their commitment to stay with the department. (Firehouse.com)

Today’s volunteers are looking for more than just a pager. They want purpose, camaraderie, and personal value.

A functional, inviting gym:
