Awareness is a key step toward equity. 💡
In STEM careers, pay equity is still evolving across the U.S. Women currently earn about 80–85¢ for every $1 earned by men, with differences that vary by field and career stage. Research shows the gap is often smaller early in careers and tends to widen over time, reflecting differences in advancement pathways and representation at senior levels.
These patterns point to clear opportunities to strengthen equity, so talent, contribution, and opportunity are aligned at every stage of a career.
Awareness is where change begins, and persistence, visibility, and progress continue to move it forward.

Women in STEM roles have grown from 24% to 35% over the past decade, a powerful shift that reflects momentum, persistence, and progress.
And while that growth is worth celebrating, it’s also a reminder of what’s still possible. The future of STEM is being shaped right now by more women, in more fields, solving bigger challenges than ever before. 💜✨

This Memorial Day, we honor the brave individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.
Their courage and dedication inspire us to continue building a future where every girl can dream boldly, break barriers, and lead confidently in STEM.✨
Real impact shows up in the outcomes we create and the community that makes them possible.
Bringing together voices that highlight what a strong network unlocks - shared knowledge, real collaboration, and momentum that doesn’t stop at individual success, but expands into collective progress and lasting change.
When women are connected, supported, and seen, opportunity multiplies, and so does impact across every field they lead.

Science is stronger when more voices are part of it, and women have always been part of discovery, even when they haven’t been equally seen in it. From research labs to field studies to groundbreaking innovation, women are shaping the questions being asked and the answers being found.
As we look ahead, expanding who gets to participate in science isn’t just important; it’s essential to what comes next. More perspectives lead to deeper understanding, bigger ideas, and breakthroughs that reach further.
Here’s to the women pushing science forward every day, and to the future we build when everyone has the opportunity to explore, discover, and lead. 🔬✨

Women are shaping the future of STEM every day, but the numbers show there’s still a gap to close.
Today, about 1 in 4 STEM workers in the U.S. are women. Progress is real, but so is the opportunity ahead.
This isn’t just a statistic; it’s a reminder of what’s possible when more voices, ideas, and perspectives are part of discovery, innovation, and problem-solving.
The future of STEM is being built now, and there’s space for more women to lead it, create it, and redefine it. 💡
