🎀 OCTOBER SPECIALS 🎀

🌸 Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🌸

A Month of Strength, Support & Community

Intentional movement. Healing heat. Community support.
Honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month all October long.

Attention 🚨

Because I survived 🎀 and I keep surviving🙏🫂✨

Starting October 1st

Because I believe in giving back—especially during Breast Cancer Awareness Month—I’m offering a special way to reconnect with yourself.

Join me as I guide you through a journey designed to transform you inside and out — mind, body, and soul.

This October, let’s honor healing, strength, and self‑love together. 💗

I’m looking for a dedicated volunteer to join me for a 15‑day Yoga & Pilates Sobriety Wellness Journey.
You’ll receive daily movement guidance, supportive sobriety practices, and a personalized nutrition and diet plan. This experience also includes one private breathwork session. Throughout the journey, I’ll track your progress and walk with you through each step of your transformation.
take my hand and I will take yours. 🖐️ ✋🏿

This experience is completely free — a heart‑centered experiment to explore how intentional movement, mindful sobriety, and nourishing food can shift your life from the inside and out.

I know boutique fitness, yoga, and Pilates can feel expensive today. There are so many behind‑the‑scenes factors that people don’t always see — the quality of instruction, the environment, the experience, the energy, the community. My hope is to help shift your mindset:
this isn’t “too expensive,” this is an investment.
An investment in your movement, your health, your clarity, your longevity, and your overall wellness.

💗 What I Receive From This Journey

Through this experience, I receive your truth — your honest feedback, your reflections, and your story.
I want to hear how this transformation touches you — mind, body, and soul — and how it ripples through your life and our community.

Your openness and authenticity will help others see what’s possible when we commit to healing and growth.
Together, we’ll inspire change that reaches far beyond the mat.

You deserve this level of care.
And others deserve to understand that they deserve it too.

If you feel called to volunteer for this 15‑day complimentary journey, please reach out.
