Sarah Gagne is a Level II Certified coach through USA Track & Field and has coached runners of all levels for the past 17 years. She has coached youth, high school, collegiate, and adult runners. She is a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, National Board Certified health and wellness coach and a certified life coach. Sarah competed in track and cross country all through middle/high school and ran Division I Track in college. She held school records in the 4x100, 200m, and 4x400m dash. She has coached every running event from the 100m dash to the marathon.
