Lindale Fire Department

Brush 1 and Engine 1 are currently on scene in the 24,000 block of Highway 80 in Mineola, assisting with a grass fire as part of a mutual aid response.

As we enter the fall season, please use extreme caution when burning outdoors. Dry conditions can allow fires to spread quickly and become difficult to control.

The Lindale Fire Department responds outside of our district regularly through both automatic and requested mutual aid. We are proud of the relationships we have with surrounding departments.

As always, October is one of our favorite months of the year!

Fire Prevention Month gives us the opportunity to get out into our community and share the importance of fire safety with some of the youngest citizens of ESD #1.

We are grateful for the opportunity to visit with the students, teach them about fire safety, and hopefully help build lifelong habits that can keep them and their families safe.

A huge thank you to Lindale ISD for having us! We are proud to serve our community and even more proud to invest in its future.

We wanted to take a moment to brag on our crews and highlight something that makes Lindale Fire Department special!

Did you know that on top of all of our personnel having fire certifications, the majority of our certified firefighters are also certified at the EMT or Paramedic level?

This is especially important because Lindale Fire Department works closely with Christus EMS and UT Health EMS to provide emergency medical care throughout our community. Our personnel have the training, certifications, and equipment needed to begin providing care when they arrive on scene and assist our EMS partners.

Whether it’s a medical emergency, vehicle accident, structure fire, or another type of emergency, our crews are trained and prepared to help.

Yesterday, the Lindale Fire Department was honored to attend the Lindale Area Chamber of Commerce Elected Officials Luncheon.

It was great to hear from our local elected leaders and learn more about the work being done throughout our community. We were also excited to hear the news about the new building that the Lindale Area Chamber of Commerce will soon be moving into!

Thank you to the Lindale Area Chamber of Commerce for hosting a great event and for continuing to bring our community and local leaders together. We look forward to seeing all that the future holds for Lindale!

Thank you to our Community Sponsor, Lindale Fire Department for being a part of the Altra Federal Credit Union Harvest Hustle 5K presented by Christus Trinity Mother Frances! Your generosity helps make the Harvest Hustle 5K & Kids 1K possible, bringing our community together for fitness, fun, and fellowship!
