Yesterday, our residents took a trip to Findlay and enjoyed a delicious lunch at Cheddar’s! From crispy fish and chips to tasty shrimp, there was something on the menu for everyone to enjoy.

Of course, we couldn’t leave without dessert! Just look at the incredible piece of chocolate cake that Deb chose. It was the perfect sweet treat to top off a wonderful afternoon filled with great food, laughter, and good company.

Trips like these create special memories and give residents the opportunity to enjoy local favorites together. We can’t wait for our next adventure! 🍫🍴❤️

What a great turnout for the Lima Walk to End Alzheimer’s!

Even a foggy, misty morning could not keep our teams from showing up to support such an important cause. We are incredibly proud of the residents, families, and team members from Roselawn Manor and Shawnee Manor who came together to walk, raise awareness, and support the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.

This year, Roselawn Manor also hosted a chicken dinner fundraiser and raised an impressive $750 in addition to our HCF sponsorship of the event. These efforts reflect the passion and commitment of our communities to making a difference.

While each of our facilities supports this cause in different ways, we are united by one common goal: helping advance research, raise awareness, and work toward a future without Alzheimer’s. Together, we are stronger, and together, we will continue supporting those affected by this disease until a cure is found.

Thank you to everyone who donated, participated, and helped make this year's walk a success. Every step matters, and every contribution brings us closer to a world without Alzheimer’s. 💜

We celebrated our September birthday residents with a delicious vanilla cake, refreshing mocktail strawberry daiquiris, and plenty of fun playing bingo together. Laughter, sweet treats, and great company made for a wonderful afternoon as we honored our special birthday guests.

Residents enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea party filled with delicious finger sandwiches, sweet desserts, and, of course, plenty of tea! ☕✨

A special thank you to Rita for entertaining everyone with story time, which made the afternoon even more enjoyable. Between the tasty treats, great conversation, and wonderful stories, it was a truly memorable gathering.
