We had the opportunity to transform the look of this home in Elida. Thank you for trusting us with your project.

Here is the latest project we have been working on. This building has the back of it crushed by a tree that fell on it. Straightened the building up and installed all new siding and added an awning over the man door. Also adding an overhead door in the rear too. When we get that installed I'll share some pictures. Thank you for allowing us to complete your project.

SJS construction has had the privilege of working with a good friend and client that has been an absolute joy to work with. When he called earlier this year and said he would like to remodel his entire house I was absolutely pleased that he put his trust in us. We are making his dreams come true. I haven't posted this project yet but here is what we have done so far. A total gut and remodel of a bathroom. All new kitchen cabinets. New flooring throughout the home. Added a half bath in the laundry room. All new interior doors. We have one more bathroom and bedroom to do and it will be complete. I'm so excited for the home owner. This house had been through a major transition that he gets the privilege to call home. So awesome. I'll post more progress pictures but I can't wait to do a walk through video.

We had the pleasure of working with an awesome couple in Laurel Oaks in Elida. Not much of a color change but the aluminum siding needed cleaned and painted and it was just a little more money to change it to vinyl siding. No more maintenance for a long time. Job turned out nice. Kids worked there tails off in the heat to get this knocked out. If you are in need of some siding work done get a hold of us.
