Ok just want to put a little PSA out there. Because I work in an industry where I am constantly touching people.

If you had chicken pox’s as a kid you still carry the virus in your body. Some people it comes back as shingles some live without getting shingles.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be on the look out of signs and symptoms. I am hearing more and more people coming down with shingles and it is not always showing up the same.

If you feel you have shingles please go to the doctor and let me know so we can cancel your appointment! NO YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANYTHING! This is a health and safety issue.
