This week, my husband gave his two weeks' notice at his full-time corporate job. For years, he has wanted to join Wellness Creative to help grow the business and to support our mission. I can't believe we're finally making that leap. Michael has been quietly working behind the scenes, helping me with the business all these years. I'm absolutely amazed that now I get to work with him every day and I'm so excited to see what he'll bring to the company.

For those of you who don't know our story, Michael and I met in middle school band. We both played the trumpet and continued playing through college. Music is what brought us together and is still a very important part of our lives and our children's lives. And now we get to work together to help bring more music and the arts to others. I am beyond grateful.

We're excited to introduce a new addition to our Arts & Wellness Program: Music Therapy Group!

Led by Savannah from Wellness Creative, this weekly program gives residents the opportunity to explore music in meaningful ways through both group sessions and individual one-on-one music therapy. Whether they're singing, playing instruments, dancing to the music, or simply listening, each session encourages self-expression, creativity, and connection.

Music has always been something our residents enjoy, and we're thrilled to offer this new opportunity to support their well-being while having fun together! 🎶

We have immediate openings for art therapy in Louisville for private-pay clients.

Art therapy offers a creative, supportive space to process emotions, reduce stress, and build healthy coping skills—no art experience needed!
