A View Inside My World, Today Like Every Other Day I'm Moving Things Around.

Sunday Evening Dinner::::::: Pot Roast w/ fresh mushroom and onion gravy served over a bed of sour cream mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, fresh greens ( spinach, baby kale and Swiss chard ) fresh niblet corn on the cob, no bread tonight, Iced tea. Leftovers hubby will take to work for lunch tomorrow !!!!!! God Bless and Enjoy Your Sunday Evening Meal

As a young girl I remember my Mother wallpapering and painting every spring. She would always leave the floors till last then she would go to VonGruegons and buy a new room size linoleum they were so pretty, sometimes greens and yellow other times red and roses and other times blues and reds and white. As a young person I realized that Mama was proud of her family and home, she instilled in her children that you dont have to have a lot of money to be clean, by being clean she felt we were very wealthy. Mama had an eye for decor and could decorate on a shoestring. For several years I have been looking for one of those pretty linoleum's, I want to do a small bath/ dressing room in primitive vintage cottage ( my own style ) I'm still looking, hopely I will find it because this idea of mine is growing by leaps and bound. Hubby will be grilling red sock-eye salmon with a medley of grill squash, tomato, mushroom and onion kabobs, devil egg potato salad, green beans and corn on the cob, watermelon chunks for dessert, Tea. Have a safe Memorial Day Sunday and God Bless Our Military Soldiers Fallen and Active!!!!!!!!

A sure fire recipe for good yummy " Easy Pulled Pork" is half of a whole pork loin season with salt and pepper, brown spicy mustard, rub it in. Put in crock pot, add a large finely diced onion and mix a can of Dr.Pepper with a 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of Heinz ketchup, mix well and pour over pork loin, turn on low and cook 10 hrs. When done pull pork with 2 forks and stir together well in sauce, if more sauce is needed serve with Sweet Baby Rays on the side. Pile pork high on a toasted onion bun with sweet vinegar coleslaw add sides of homemade potato salad, pasta salad, bake beans, devil eggs, a relish tray and dips, your drinks of choice. Yum, yum, yum.
