Happy Anniversary, Angela Clifton!

Mississippi-born and Tomball, Texas-raised, Angela has served as a Commercial Account Coordinator for four years now (a total of seven cumulative years with our team).

She’s "lived all over," including Europe and Mexico, and boasts a diverse skillset that has helped elevate our internal operations and boost our level of customer service. Her attention to detail is unparalleled and quickly noticed by colleagues and customers alike.

Drawing on her broad professional experience, Angela’s knowledge and insight have helped hone internal processes that contribute greatly to a favorable customer experience.

Angela, our only bilingual staff member, gladly lends a hand whenever needed in other departments.

"My work family is the best," she says. "I enjoy the fast-paced environment and definitely the cool cars."

Angela says that the growth of our online sales platform has been the biggest industry change in recent years. "I’ve seen how convenient it is for our customers to conduct their business online. They can get the inventory they need at the push of a button. It’s amazing!"

When off the clock, Angela enjoys spending time with her only child, CC, an active high school student. "I am a fan of everything he does," she smiles.

Happy Anniversary Alexandra Jarrett!

A Rome, Georgia native who now resides in Wi******er, Kentucky, Alexandra (or Alex, as she’s known around the office) joined us in 2023. She began her tenure in our title department and now serves as a Fleet Coordinator in the Commercial Accounts segment of the auction.

With her extensive experience in titles and customer service, she has become a key addition to our team. “I love working here. My coworkers are awesome, and there is never a boring day,” she says, adding, “It’s even more exciting on sale day when we get to see a lot of our customers.”

Commercial Manager Chad Hall says, “Alex has been a great addition to the team here in Lexington. Eager to learn, she always has a welcoming smile on her face. We are lucky to have her.”

Alex says that she enjoys the upbeat atmosphere and the industry as a whole. “Operations is always changing, but our focus remains the same: to provide the best customer experience for our dealers.”

When not at work, you can find Alex baking, walking her dog Bailey, or spending time with family and friends.

Happy Anniversary, Jesse Cleveland!

Originally from Cabot, Arkansas, Jesse is now a Richmond resident. He joined our security team in 2025 bringing with him a plethora of experience and a customer-centric attitude. Jesse’s expansive portfolio includes his military service, security, nursing, and construction.

His extensive skill set has not only enhanced our level of service but has also fueled the intrinsic growth and development of our internal team.
Jesse is admired and respected by both colleagues and customers, a feeling that is entirely mutual. “The teams work well together and pass that kindness from person to person”, he says.

Operations Manager, Lena Gardner, says “It's a shame more people don't get to meet Jesse because he's really so funny. He's clever and easy to get along with. More important than what he does for the auction is what he does for the people of the auction. He would do anything to help anyone out, from covering a shift to helping fix a coworker's car. The auction is very lucky to have him!”

Since assuming his current role, Jesse says he’s noticed how quickly the industry changes. “As in life, change is constant. People come and go, but we shouldn’t go gently into that good night”, he says, quoting one of his favorite authors.
