We spared no expense on this place, this is truly a smart home- 32 zones of audio, 7.2 media room, Eero wireless network, wireless blinds on every window and slider, drop down patio screens and storm shutters, iPad integration on every floor to control automation, wireless door locks and garage doors, HVAC control and 17- HD 4K security cameras. All controllable from the touch of a smart phone or tablet. You can shut this entire house down with one button. Lighting control is up next, once the home owner moves in.
