We are currently looking for a Lead Carpenter/Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, particularly in trim and framing, with the ability to lead projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. We work in Lexington, KY and surround cities.

MUST HAVE
Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Strong knowledge of trim and framing carpentry.
Competence in using various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Valid driver's license.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, health insurance, retirement matching, and earned PTO.
