BE THE GOOD IN SOMEONES DAY 🌻☀️🌞
Someone pays for your coffee or leaves a few dollars toward the person behind them.
A stranger compliments your hair, outfit, nails, or smile.
Someone lets you merge instead of speeding up to block you. 😂
Finding a handwritten note in your lunch, purse, or car.
Someone returns your shopping cart for you.
A cashier or worker remembers your name.
Someone holds the door when your hands are full.
Getting an unexpected “I was thinking about you” text.
Someone tells you, “You’re doing a good job,” when you really needed to hear it.
Letting the person with two items go ahead of your full grocery cart.
Buying a coworker their favorite drink without being asked.
Telling a manager when an employee gave you great service instead of only speaking up when something goes wrong.
Leaving a larger-than-usual tip when you can.
Giving somebody a genuine compliment that has nothing to do with appearance: “You’re really good with people,” “You made that so much easier,” or “You have such a calming personality.”
Putting a positive sticky note somewhere unexpected.
Sending someone a funny picture because you know they’ve had a rough day.
Giving another parent the “I see you, you’re surviving” smile when their kid is losing it in public. 😂
Bringing someone’s trash can up from the curb.
Paying for the person behind you at a drive-thru.
Telling somebody you appreciate something they probably think nobody notices.
Simply being patient with a worker who is clearly overwhelmed.
Professional Me vs. Inside My Head.
“Per my last email…” = I already told you this.
“No worries!” = There are, in fact, several worries.
“I’ll look into that.” = I have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about.
“Just circling back…” = Answer me before I lose my mind.
“Thanks for your patience.” = Thank you for not making this worse.
“I understand your frustration.” = You created this problem.
😂😂😂😂
What does your head say during the day?
