Stuck inside for "the big winter storm". So. We made the most out of it. Pork and noodle soup featuring slow cooker rib meat and uncured smoked bacon. My noodle machine broke, but after I had already made the dough so the noodles were hand made. Topped with bok choy, cilantro, jalapenos, and green onions.

Sundays are one of my favorite days.

Chili season has begun! With that I need to dial in my recipe. Today we decided to be super experimental. A fusion between east and west. Fried Tofu over rice smothered in chili.
