Your AI will give wrong answers on day one. The only question is who sees them first.
When Chughtai Lab asked us to build Dr. C, an AI assistant for 10M app users, one bad answer could have ended it.
So we rolled it out using the FIT framework: simple facts first, our own team first, and nothing new until it was tested.
It worked. Today, 1M+ people use the AI every month.
I shared the full story on my YouTube. Scan the QR code at the end.
Your AI will fail. Plan for it.
Ours got 40% of a client's orders wrong. Forty percent. On most teams that's a death sentence: someone senior says "see, this doesn't work," everyone nods, and it's switched off by Wednesday.
This one survived. Not because it was better, but because a person checked every order before it went out. The machine was wrong constantly. Not one mistake ever reached a customer.
So it got a second week. And a third. Today it does 99% of the job on its own.
That's the whole difference. Same 40%, and at one company it's fatal, at another it's a footnote. Somebody was catching.
So don't ask how accurate it'll be on day one. Ask who's catching it.

I build AI systems for a living. I gave my own company 6 months to start using them. It took 3 years.
And that wasn't even my most expensive mistake.
One cost a client $64,000 a day. Another had me hiring my way to 87 people without building real systems.
None of them were tech problems. Each time, I got the people part wrong: how fast they'd change, whether they'd really understood, and how many of them I actually needed.
If you're going AI-first, the tech is the easy part.
Swipe for all three mistakes.

$̶2̶5̶0̶K̶ → $28K.
Same build. Three years apart. AI made custom software 10x cheaper, but most business owners haven't noticed.
You're paying for 5 tools that almost fit. You could own one that fits perfectly into your systems.
Delaying a software idea because of the costs?
DM me what it was. I'll tell you what it'll cost.

November 2022: ChatGPT came out, and I told my team we were going all-in on AI.
I gave it six months. It took three years.
My team wasn't lazy, and they weren't slow. There were 3 reasons they didn't care, and I’d missed every one of them.
If your team goes quiet every time you say "AI," swipe through. You'll see your team in here.
Comment "GAP" and I'll send you a quiz that shows how far apart you and your team really are.
If you own a company of 5 to 60 people, this video is for you.
15 years of automating businesses, from UNICEF and the NHS to a sixteen person company in Connecticut. Everything I learned is in one video, including the moments I got it badly wrong:
The Monday 1,100 riders could not take a single order, and the client lost $64,000 a day
The question that told me my 87 person company was the wrong business
The AI pivot I planned for six months that took three years
The medical assistant now serving over a million people a month
The system that got 40 percent wrong on day one and still survived
In all five, the technology worked. People decided the outcome.
This is not about which tool to buy. It is about what happens on the Monday after.
Full video on YouTube. Comment "EARLY" and I will send you the link.
Some of the best AI returns we’re seeing for SMBs right now are sitting right next to revenue.
Not flashy assistants. AI agents that help sales teams find the right people to call.
They watch for buying signals, new hires, funding, job posts, and other signs of intent. Then they research, enrich, and rank those prospects directly inside the CRM.
That means less time hunting for leads and more time actually talking to them.
Comment “REVENUE” and I’ll show you how this could work for your industry.
Yes, you could play it safe. Yes you could wait for the right time to act and yes you could wait for your competitors to figure it out before you would but that same inaction in your business is going to create the delta between your competitor that took action vs YOU.
Being burnt by hype is hard, but so is being left behind. Choose your hard.
A super simple way to identify the low hanging fruit opportunities in your business is to find out what your team is copying and pasting over and over again across the weekend of the year. In 2026 the AI systems and browser agents enable a lot more than what was possible even three years ago Comment a copy/paste task below that you think is impossible and I’ll show you how many I can do it.
