This elite custom home in Shipcarpenter's Square of Lewes is progressing as siding installation for the home is nearly complete!

We recently revisited Atracare in Ocean View. This commercial fit-out project from 2022 is a modern medical facility serving as an urgent care center in Southern Delaware.

We remain committed to constructing much needed commercial spaces for our region, including medical facilities.

This past Saturday, the Graulich Builders team proudly participated in the 5th Annual Rally for Our First Responders. The event united Southern Delaware businesses, families, lawmakers, and the entire community to honor our dedicated first responders, including police, firefighters, and EMS. The day included a variety of activities, such as some of Sussex County's best food trucks, live music, vendors, first responder demonstrations, and a car show. We are honored to support this meaningful event and extend our gratitude to The Shaffer Foundation of Delaware for their hard work and dedication in organizing it each year.
