This week, we're highlighting the porch. This space blends the outdoors with luxurious living, featuring options like screen panel systems, sliding glass doors, and enclosed glass windows, which convert the porch into a three-season room. Flooring choices, such as pavers or traditional decking, and varied railing styles, including cable systems, ensure the porch perfectly complements the home's overall design.

Since 1962, Funland has been a beloved Rehoboth Beach boardwalk tradition, creating lifelong memories for generations of families and friends. One of its most iconic attractions, the Haunted Mansion, has thrilled guests since 1979. This spring, Funland announced a complete renovation following the 2026 season, preserving the ride's nostalgic charm while introducing updated technology and storytelling for future generations.

Graulich Builders is honored to serve as the general contractor for this historic project, working alongside an incredible family owned business and an exceptional team of partners to help ensure the Haunted Mansion remains a cherished boardwalk tradition for decades to come.

An update in Broadkill Beach! This elite custom home features an elevated pool deck with stunning bay views, a wraparound porch, and rooftop decks. We can't wait to reveal the interior of this project as progress continues.
