This elite custom home in Bethany Beach is approaching settlement!

The home is ready for move-in and features shiplap ceilings throughout the kitchen and great room, a second-floor patio pool, and a rooftop deck with sweeping coastal views. This luxurious custom home is designed for enjoying everything coastal living has to offer.

All three floors are framed and the home is wrapped in our signature Blueskin. The windows and fascia are installed and siding installation is up next!

Graulich Builders is honored to donate a Buddy Bench to East Millsboro Elementary in honor of Mrs. McCurry, who retired at the end of last school year after years of caring for and supporting our school community.

We recently revisited a commercial project we completed in 2021, the Community Bank Delaware in Rehoboth Beach, which now stands as a fixture in the Southern Delaware community.

As the general contractor, our job is to manage the many moving parts of a commercial build, including permitting, site work, scheduling, budgets, subcontractors, and code requirements. We work closely with our clients and project partners to keep the process on schedule and within budget while bringing the design to life.

With 3,100+ square feet of modern banking space, the Community Bank in Rehoboth Beach is a great example of the commercial construction services provided at Graulich Builders.

This week, we're highlighting the living room. As a central gathering place in our elite custom homes, the living room can take on many forms.
