Spring practice starts TONIGHT at the Barn Field House at KUA from 8-9pm. Both our Men’s and Women’s + teams are looking for new folks, so we hope to see you there!

After 4 weeks of tough matches, the Mountain Wolves are taking a well-earned rest this week. Meanwhile, the Valks have spent their bye weeks prepping for their match with North Shore on 10/4 and are locked in 😤

The Valkyries are moving to Pat Walsh Park on October 2 and the Mountain Wolves are moving on October 7 (they will remain at Basin Field until then).
As always, everyone is welcome.
