Take heart, musicians and engineers alike! It isn't perfect, but it's a fairy solid take; there are some pitch and rhythm flubs, but he just kept playing. It's solid enough that it made the album cut pretty much unedited, bleeding cue mix and all.
It doesn't take obsessive perfectionism to make something amazing.
