You know the line…

💧 Sprinkler Win of the Week! 💧

Sometimes it’s the little things that save big $$! This homeowner called me thinking they were in for a pricey repair… turned out to be a quick solenoid fix. Proof that a little know-how goes a long way.

They walked away happy, I walked away smiling… and the lawn’s gonna thank them too!

Neighbors, quick heads up!

I’m finishing up a project in the neighborhood and noticed quite a bit of wind wear on roofs around here.

With storms coming this week, small things like exposed nails and worn sealant are what usually turn into leaks.

I’m not a door to door company, just a local carpenter with 10+ years in roofing, home repairs, finish carpentry and renovations.

If there’s legit storm damage, I work with a trusted public adjuster and I’m the one who does the work. If it's just a repair you need I'll let you know and provide a quote same day. No inflated numbers. Just work don't right the first time.

Full balcony upgrade completed on an apartment building.

Removed deteriorating particle board infill panels and rebuilt the guardrail sections with properly fitted lumber for improved strength and long term safety, especially three floors up. I also painted the vertical slats white for a clean, refreshed look across the entire building.

Structural details matter. So does doing it right. 🤝
