- [ ] Several friends have asked for the real estate update as well .. The last few months have been BUSY! I’ve been able to help several first time buyers get into homes, and it makes my heart so full! Three out of the four of these were new construction which is always fun as well. ‼️ It’s been too long! Time for a LIFE UPDATE —> This cutie is so excited to be a big sister! Baby girl #2 is coming this October and we can’t wait! (Not pictured here is the failed attempt to create an “instagram perfect” pregnancy announcement, complete with a “big sis” shirt, pink bows, pink balloons, etc) We were attacked by bugs at antelope island, sunk in really nasty mud, and then ran back to the car 😂

🌟 U N D E R C O N T R A C T 🌟

A huge pet peeve of mine is when real estate agents toot their own horns and make their success about them instead of about their clients. Rather than brag about what I did to get this home under contract quickly, let’s talk about what my SELLERS did to make this happen:

1. They decluttered the entire house, room by room.
2. They rented a storage unit and moved over 50% of their belongings into it, making the home feel so much more spacious
3. They took my advice on where we should price it, rather than saying, “Well, can we list it high and just see what happens…?”
4. They invested $3k in professional painters to repaint the interior, and by the way, their home looks like a completely different home with the new paint.
5. THEY TRUSTED THE PROCESS.

Because of THEIR efforts over the past month, we worked together as a TEAM to get this home under contract in less than 48 hours. The more I make my business about my CLIENTS and less about myself, the more success I have and everyone is happier in the end.
