Rotini pasta, Italian style meat sauce, stirred together with parmesan cheese and topped with mozzarella cheese. I make this plate available to customers in South laredo.

Turkey spaghetti sauce with organic salsa and a Russian Pinot Noir. 4-5 hours invested in the low temperature reduction. Love makes all the difference.

BBQ rules. Slow cooking makes the chicken come out soft and succulent.

A new batch of Boston Butt pulled pork with my citrus BBQ is ready. I'll be stopping by LMC and a few local businesses which have always supported local charities and enjoy great unique food.
