As this month comes to an end, we want to highlight the down payment assistance programs available within the City of Laredo and the State of Texas.

One of the first questions you should ask your lender is: What down payment assistance programs do you work with, and which ones do I qualify for?

🌟City of Laredo HOME Down Payment Assistance Program
Forgivable loans of up to $30,000 for households with income equal to or below the 80% AMI

🌟 TSAHC (state program)
Can assist with up to 5%. It also has the Texas Heroes Programs that assist teachers, veterans, police officers, correctional officers, firefighters, and more!

🌟TDHCA (state program)
Can assist with up to 5%
