Laredo, we can’t stop crying tears of joy. We are absolutely in love with our trailer. 🥹☀️🚐

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us and for supporting our dream through every fundraiser and every purchase you made with us. Each cup, each specialty drink, and every visit brought us one step closer to making this dream a reality.

After 16 years in the coffee and beverage industry, and nearly 3 years of building Sol Coffeehouse from scratch, it feels surreal to say that this is finally happening.

This journey has not been easy. Building this dream as a self-funded business owner, with limited resources and a lot of determination, makes this moment even more meaningful.

We are still working on the final touches and are currently looking for the perfect home for our trailer so we can begin serving you all very soon.
