We're proud to partner with Beecher Higher Learning Academy to help young men explore what's possible for their future.
Recently, Mentor Flint accompanied a group of students to the MI Kickoff: Career and College Experience for Young Men at Ford Field, where they connected with career professionals, learned about college pathways, and gained valuable leadership and workforce readiness insights.
Experiences like these help students expand their vision for what's possible and take meaningful steps toward achieving their goals. We look forward to continuing our partnership with BHLA to invest in the next generation of leaders.
June is Pride Month.
At Peckham, we believe people matter. This month, we celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and recognize the importance of creating environments where every person feels valued, respected, and empowered to be their authentic self.
Our differences make us stronger, and our shared humanity connects us all. Happy Pride Month.

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we're sharing a story that reminds us how important support, understanding, and meaningful work can be.
After being diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and OCD following a mental health crisis, Jim found stability, purpose, and a path forward through meaningful employment at Peckham. From working on the farm to serving customers in our contact center, Jim's journey demonstrates the impact a supportive workplace can have on mental health and well-being.
Today, Jim continues to grow, pursue new goals, and build a future grounded in purpose.
Watch Jim's inspiring story and hear, in his own words, how meaningful work helped him navigate some of life's toughest challenges.

Real conversations. Real feedback. Real opportunity.
Recently, Peckham hosted mock interviews for students and job seekers preparing for their next step. Twenty-five candidates showed up ready to practice. Eight incredible companies partnered with us.
The impact was immediate:
“I nailed that interview!” (candidate)
“I would have hired every candidate I met.” (employer)
Employers shared how valuable it was to support emerging talent, and how refreshing it was to see the unique strengths each candidate brought to the table.

Favorite thing about Peckham (taken from a video recording): "I love my job because it's variety. It's something different every day. The culture here embraces me and I just can be myself. I'm accepted for who I am."

This month, during Mental Health Awareness Month, our Wellbeing Team is bringing Clay for Calm, a creative activity designed to encourage mindfulness and self-expression.
The simple act of rolling, pressing, and shaping clay can help ground us in the present moment, ease stress, and create space for our minds to slow down.
Check out some of our work!

Opportunity matters. Jobs matter. People matter.
A current federal bill could put thousands of jobs for people with disabilities at risk through the AbilityOne Program. As an AbilityOne participant, Peckham sees this impact every day.
If you believe meaningful work should remain accessible, please take one minute to send a message to lawmakers and help protect these opportunities.
