Fifth String Food Truck

Trying to make it out as much as possible this season (is it summer? It sure feels like summer.) and we've added an extra stop at the this week to hold you over until the weekend.

Then we'll be swing by our landing zone at on Friday for a chance to pair some of new sandwiches with their lovely cocktails (honestly few things beat getting a drink and sandwich while sitting in that front window chair as the sun sets)

Then back to for our yearly dose of Punks for Pups with ! We'll be outside in the lot doing our best to keep up with the energy everyone brings!

And that's right, you heard correctly. We're rolling out some new sandwiches this week so I haven't had a chance to get pictures of them yet! So you'll just have to see them for yourself. But looking forward to snagging some extra produce at the market to finish them out!

After a bit of of rest from the holidays we'll be getting back out for the tailend of May.

Still working on lots of fun things for the summer and one is getting to join our friends Lifeboat Addiction Recovery Services for their Splash of Recovery Art Fair down at Allen Neighborhood Center. We love seeing what creative works our friends bring every single year and this is no exception.

We'll follow that up by heading down and serving dinner before the baseball games at American Fifth!

It was nice meeting so many new folks last week during 517 week.

This Friday we'll be joining our friends at to catch the return of the Dogs to Lansing.

We're managed to snag some more Rhubarb from , so you can expect the Spring Pork Belly Sandwich will still be on if you missed it at Stoopfest. As well as we will give the Curry Poutine another day in sun in case you missed it last week.

We'll be running To-gos before the bands take off for the night, so come see us for dinner on the north patio!

Just coming down from the absolutely lovely weekend we had. But that doesn't mean we're stopping yet.

We have some fun stuff lined up this week to celebrate with the rest of Lansing for 517 Restaurant Week. We do have two different locations lined up for the week, so check in here to find us! Sorry we could be out every single day!

We'll be bring the Curry Poutine back just for the occasion. A masala sauce, cheese curds and an egg over fries.

It's the almost time for one of the best Holidays of the the year, !!

We're exciting to bring some of our favourites this year and gonna do our best to keep everyone nice and well energized for all the fun ahead! We'll be out both nights hopefully can catch some of the songs from the trucks window in between orders. Feel free to ask about any of our vegan sauces or substitutions as well!
