Hello! Long time no see!

Fun update: last week I received my early Christmas gift - a grain mill!

I have been testing out all the baked goods with fresh milled flour, which has tons of health benefits. Store bought flour is absent of over 20 nutrients found in whole ground wheat, making fresh milled flour full of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and more!

My family can only eat so much bread and treats, so if you’re interested in testing out some bread and goodies made with fresh milled flour, please reach out!
