Hi-Ball CO’s 300-ton Grove GMK5250XL was on site this past week assisting with courthouse roof repairs. The crane was configured with 257 ft of main boom and a 58 ft jib, operating at a 205 ft radius. With full counterweight installed, the GMK5250XL provided the reach and capacity needed to safely lift materials to the clock tower roofline. Thanks to its 5-axle design and all-terrain mobility, the crane was able to be positioned precisely within the tight downtown footprint, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
